Refund Policy

14-day refund guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your payment at hello@getlistingdoctor.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 14 days
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of payment. If you have an issue after this window, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not trigger a refund unless it is within the 14-day window above.
Founding-member plans
The same 14-day refund policy applies to founding-member plans. If you cancel a founding-member plan and later resubscribe, the locked-in founding price is not guaranteed to apply to the new subscription.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getlistingdoctor.com with your order details. We process refunds within 5 business days.
